The dog houses are delivered all over Romania and they arrive already assembled at your door via rapid parcel courier. Furthermore, all the optional items ordered together with the dog house are assembled on it when shipped. 

In case you like to receive the dog house unassembled please let us know. 

For reasons of resistance and protection against water infiltration over time, the roof of model A dog houses is fixed and cannot be folded down to have access to the inside of the house.

Recomandarea este sa porniti cu o temperatura in jur de 20 ~ 22 de grade. De asemenea recomandare este ca temperatura de oprire si cea de pornire a incalzirii sa fie cat mai apropiate (1 ~2 grade diferenta). Cu cat vor fi mai apropiate cu atat va fi mai constanta temperatura in podea.

Luati de asemenea in calcul ca transferul termic in cazul lemnului este mult mai lent decat in cazul metalului. La un calorifer de tabla caldura este transfera instant si se simte la atingere. In cazul incalzilor prin lemn transferul este mai lemn, astfel caldura la suprafata podelei va reflecta temperatura din interior cam la aprox o ora dupa pornire (in cazul in care podeaua si lemnul erau reci). 

Daca doriti puteti creste temperatura dar recomandabil sa nu depaseasca 35 de grade. Temperatura corpului cainilor este apropiata de cea a oamenilor, 37 de grade.

Daca doriti sa montati podeaua incalzita intr-o cusca ce nu este produsa de noi este necesar sa masurati lungime si latimea podelei custii in care doriti sa instalati podeaua incalzita. 

Masurati in mai multe puncte lungime si latimea pentru a va asigura ca valorile sunt constante, daca variaza luati cea mai mica valoare. Din ele mai trebuie sa scadem 5mm ~ 10mm pe lungime si latime, spatiu "de joc".

De asemenea trebuie sa va asigurati ca odata primita podeaua aveti cum sa o introduceti in cusca peste podeaua existenta.

Adaugati in comanda cusca si incalzirea, cusca va ajunge la dumneavoastra cu incalzirea direct montata

Nu. Acest model de podea este gestionat exclusiv din telefon. Cusca trebuie sa se afle intr-o zona cu semnal bun de internet astfel incat sa poate fi vazuta si gestionata din telefon. 

In cazul in care scurte pene in furnizarea serviciului de internet programul automat de functionare nu este afectat, el lucrand conform setarilor.

In cazul in care nu aveti internet sau semnalul este prost putem fabrica podele ce sunt gestionate manual si nu au nevoie de internet ca sa functioneze.
