Delivery of ordered Products

Atvi.eu manufactures and sells various ranges of products.  Some of these products are sold only on the national market, others being sold both on the national market and on international markets.

Both for the national and international market we work with several transport companies. At the time of the expedition you will receive an email from us informing you the AWB code of the expedition so that you can track in real time where your package is.

If the ordered product is not in stock, on the page of the article appears Made to Order. the product will be manufactured following your order and the average production term is displayed on the product page in the Production and Transport section - > Production Time.

For dog cages please make sure that there are people who can help the courier unloading the products. We have this request because the products are heavy and bulky.

Delivery Options

The possible delivery options are configured for each product. These can be seen:

• On the page of each product by clicking on the link "Estimate the Shipping Cost"
• On the order placement page, at which point you must select the desired delivery method in order to place the order.

Personal pick-up directly from the production workshop

National - Romania by urgent courier (Nemo Express  or  Toya Curier).  

Nemo Express Note: The shipping cost is calculated for destinations in the coverage area available here. For other destinations, additional KM fees are added. The transport time is 2~3 working days

Toya Curier Note: The shipping cost is calculated for destinations in the coverage area +30km available here. For distances greater than 30Km, additional KM fees are added. The transport time is 3~7 days.

International - European Union by urgent courier (DPD  or  DHL).

The maximum permissible weight is 30kg per parcel/shipment. Currently, dog cages are not shipping to international.

International - other destinations (DHL).

Payment Options

The payment options are configured for each delivery method. After selecting the delivery method you will have displayed on the site the payment options available for this method.

Cash
Payment in cash when picking up the product from our production workshop

Reimbursement
Payment of the order will be made in cash, at the time of receipt of the ordered products, directly to the courier company's agent, who will issue you the receipt related to the collection.

Payment by bank / OP
After the phone confirmation of the order by one of our consultants, you can make the payment of the order based on the proforma. It will be sent to the email address provided at the time of placing the order, and after making the payment you will send us its confirmation / PO to the email address contact@atvi.eu.

Online payment by bank card / Installments
Can be made using the mobilpay online payment module - integrated online payment processing system offered by SC Netopia SRL  https://www.mobilpay.ro/.

Paypal
It can be done using the online payment module  PayPal,integrated payment processing system.
